Girls Aloud are to hit UK Arenas with their Tangled Up Tour 2008 in support of last year's 'Tangled Up' album.

The girl band were last seen selling out Arenas on their tour in May 2007.

The 'Tangled Up' album, produced by long-standing collaborators Xenomania, was released by Fascination Records. It was critically acclaimed by the press who have said Girls Aloud have set the benchmark for what a girl group should be.

'Tangled Up' includes the massive hit singles 'Sexy! No No No…' and 'Call The Shots'.

The album is Girls Aloud's fifth, representing amazing longevity in the fickle world of pop music.

Their previous albums were 2003's debut 'Sound Of The Underground', 2004's 'What Will The Neighbours Say', 2005's 'Chemistry' and 2006's best of, 'The Sound Of Girls Aloud'.

During the course of these albums, Girls Aloud have had a fantastic level of success with their singles. 'Sexy! No No No…' was their sixteenth top ten single, a run that has seen them land a place in the Guinness World Records book for the most top ten hits in a row in the UK by a female group.

Girls Aloud will play a host of venues in and around the UK in May, finishing with a show at the Manchester Evening News Arena.
