Sex and the City tops UK DVD sales

A truly shocking finding. How can anyone blame someone for being raped. If the results of this survey reflect public opinion then this country is on a slippery slope. Very worrying.

What a sad indictment of attitudes towards this awful offence. I feel strongly that those who feel that women are to blame for being raped should ask themselves if they are to blame in any way if they are mugged or burgled. We all have a responsibility to avoid inviting criminals to offend against us by being aware of risk and cautious when risk is present but the only ones to blame for an offence being committed are those who carry out the offence.
