Jennifer Aniston has been voted the best-dressed woman of 2006 by a leading US magazine.
The Hollywood star beat fellow actress Halle Berry in an online poll conducted by People magazine.
Sin City actress Jessica Alba came third, with pop signer Beyonce fourth and Desperate Housewives' Eva Longoria fifth.
British supermodel Kate Moss, American pop star Christina Aguilera and South African beauty Charlize Theron were also among those congratulated for their fashion sense.
Elizabeth Sporkin, People's Executive Editor, said: "She [Jennifer Aniston] has a fashion sense that is very accessible. She wears jeans and T-shirts and blazers.
"She dresses like a regular person, and her evening wear, if you were going to an event, you would think you could really dress like her.
"This was the first year that online readers picked the winners, rather than the magazine's editors."
Paris Hilton, Teri Hatcher, Katie Price and Jodie Marsh were among the stars that made the worst-dressed list.
Justin Timberlake was crowned the trendiest male celebrity, while former England football captain David Beckham looked best in "jacket and jeans."
Aniston, who picked up 54 per cent of all votes cast, is reportedly dating American actor Vince Vaughn.
The 37-year-old has appeared in a number of recent films, including Derailed, The Break Up, Friends with Money and Rumor Has It.

comments
Kate Moss should have topped this poll. She is the greatest style icon ever. Jennifer Aniston is very bland and boring. Victoria Beckham should have made the top ten.

Jessica Alba is the best dresed celeb, she's hot and has a good fashion sense, not too slutty and nicely conservative.
