Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue has been crowned the world's best-dressed woman in a poll carried out by Glamour magazine.
The 38-year-old, who has successfully battled breast cancer, was awarded for her "new, softer-looking style" and "Parisian chic" look.
"We've seen a newer, softer-looking Kylie," said Glamour editor Jo Elvin.
"Kylie is still sexy, but is not flaunting it in gold hot pants any more," she added.
Minogue, who has also starred in Australian soap Neighbours, was diagnosed with the disease in May 2005.
Victoria Beckham finished in second place, followed by American socialite Nicole Richie in third.
Jo Elvin, Glamour magazine: "Kylie is still sexy, but is not flaunting it in gold hot pants any more."
Last year's winner, British supermodel Kate Moss, came fourth, with actress Sienna Miller fifth.
Mischa Barton, Jennifer Aniston, Rachel Bilson, Kate Hudson and Gwen Stefani rounded out the coveted top 10.
Steven Gerrard's fiancee Alex Curran was named the worst-dressed female in the annual survey.
Glamour model Jodie Marsh, pop star Britney Spears and Jordan (Katie Price) were also among the stars that made the worst-dressed list.
Real Madrid football David Beckham took the best-dressed accolade, while Babyshambles singer Pete Doherty scooped the title for worst-dressed.
